Payment and Cancellation:

Hypnobirthing & Birth After Caesarean Courses

Booking only confirmed when payment has been received (some classes have a deposit option, your booking is secure once a deposit has been made)

Deposits are non-refundable. Payment of the full balance must be received within 24 hours of the start of your course, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If a class or course should be cancelled by the teacher, Mama’s tlc will rearrange the course as best to suit all participants or you will be invited to attend an additional class at a convenient date.

Should the participant decide to cancel more than 3 weeks prior to the course or class start date a partial refund of 75% will be given (not including the deposit).

Should the participant decide to cancel less than 3 weeks prior to the course or class start date no refund or make-up class will be given. This includes in the case of participant holidays or sickness.

You are booking onto this course knowing that due to COVID-19 guidelines may change.

Baby Classes - Baby Massage, Baby Yoga, Seasonal Specials

It is your responsibility to ensure you and your baby are fit and healthy to complete a baby massage or baby yoga class. If you have any medical concerns please consult your midwife/ doctor/ health care professional.

Booking for all classes is only confirmed when payment has been received - all class fees are non-refundable. Where a deposit is possible, this is non-refundable and the balance is due as stated in the service description terms.

The Goddess Retreat

Booking will only be confirmed when full payment has been received. Due to the limited number of tickets and the costs incurred by Mama's tlc and Jungle Boogie Cambridge, all tickets are non-refundable. You may transfer your ticket, but this must be notified to us in writing.

The Goddess Retreat is not suitable for pregnant people due to the nature of some workshops and the inclusion of hill-top, hot-tub bathing.

COVID-19

You are booking onto a course knowing we are currently living through a global pandemic. Due to COVID-19 and the changing guidelines we are only able to run in person courses if it is safe and we are allowed. Should the guidelines change and we are not able to complete the course in person we will move to the an online platform.

It is your responsibility to ensure you and your baby are fit and healthy to complete a baby massage course. If you have any medical concerns please consult your midwife/ doctor/ health care professional. We go through cautions for the different areas throughout the course.
